I have wonderful people in my life!
I few weeks ago, a former student and her momma stopped by my studio with a little gift. They had been thrifting and found a pair of boho hippie pants that made them think of me. They dropped them off with this little note:
” Dear Ms Roltgen,
We found these pants and thought of you. We thought you could use them for one of your projects”
Back in the day, I used to be a music teacher. I loved dressing in funky clothes and my students seemed to enjoy the effort. It was so nice to be thought of in such a special way, I decided I just had to make these pants into something special.
I tried them on and they were too big:
